Your First Visit...
When you arrive for your first appointment, your massage therapist will ask your current physical condition, medical history, lifestyle and stress level, and any areas of pain, etc. You may complete a new client form upon arrival. You will have a private room with a comfortable temperature that can be adjusted to your needs. You will be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a sheet provided for you.  You will then lie down on a comfortably padded massage table.  A heated blanket is on each table (if you wish to add warmth) and heated massage oils are used to add to the relaxing experience. Only the part of the body being worked will be uncovered, and your modesty is respected at all times. Each treatment room has soft lighting and calm music to create a peaceful environment.  Your only responsibility during the massage is to give your therapist accurate health information and to report discomfort of any kind, whether from body, room temperature, volume of music, or other distractions.  You should relax and enjoy this time as yours.

The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative.  From one session to the next, you are able to relax more and more as chronic patterns of stress in the body are released.  These changes are readily felt in your day-to-day life, as well. Massage is recommended at least once a month to keep the body and mind in balance.

Please Note: A 50% deposit is requested for your initial appointment only. This reserves your room and time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require 24 hours notice and a full refund will be given or a credit toward rescheduling your appointment. If less than 24 hours is given and we are unable to fill your appointment time with another client, you will lose your deposit.

*Full payment is required for appointments if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment time and no notice of cancellation was given.

Thank you in advance for your courtesy and understanding.
